Herbalife Vietnam, a premier health and wellness company, community, and platform, is the official sponsor of the VnExpress Marathon Can Tho 2026, which took place in Can Tho City from 8th to 10th May 2026. This sponsorship marks the second consecutive year that Herbalife Vietnam has supported this running event which witnessed the participation of over 10,000 runners, along with their families and friends.
Mr. Vu Van Thang, General Manager of Herbalife Vietnam and Cambodia, stated: "We are delighted to continue our support of the VnExpress Marathon Can Tho 2026 as part of our long-term commitment to promoting healthy active stylestyles in the community. . We would like to congratulate all the runners who have successfully accomplished their goals at this event and expect that they will continue physical exercise combined with balanced nutrition on a daily basis to live healthier lives and inspire many more others to follow suit”.
The marathon saw international and national professional athletes and amateur runners run in short-, middle-, and long-distance categories of 5km, 10km, 21km, and 42km. The Can Tho racecourse is highly rated for performance thanks to its relatively flat terrain and few sharp turns, making it ideal for those aiming to set a personal record. The course took runners on a journey through Can Tho's iconic sights, from the bustling Ninh Kieu Wharf to tranquil riverside paths and cozy neighborhoods, offering a perfect mix of urban energy and riverfront serenity.
Herbalife has been an official partner of the VnExpress Marathon series since 2022, sponsoring marathon events that attract tens of thousands of participants each year. The VnExpress Marathon Can Tho 2026 was the first event in a series of marathons organized by VnExpress, which Herbalife Vietnam will continue to sponsor in 2026.
