As digital transformation becomes increasingly data driven, businesses need more than a traditional lender. They need a financial partner integrated into their daily operations. To meet this demand, Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HDBank) is expanding its digital ecosystem through a partnership with MISA Joint Stock Company, bringing modern financial solutions to businesses and household enterprises nationwide.

HDBank and MISA sign a deal to expand the digital ecosystem

Through its partnership with MISA, HDBank continues to expand its integrated digital financial solutions, enabling businesses to manage cash flow, payments, accounting, and access financing quickly through their daily operating platforms.

Under the cooperation agreement, HDBank will provide a comprehensive ecosystem of financial solutions for corporate and individual customers, including secured and unsecured loans, payment accounts, savings products, QR payments, POS services, collection and disbursement services, payment gateways, Open Banking, and other digital banking services.

A key feature of the partnership is the integration of HDBank's banking services with enterprise management platforms through the Jet BankHub system. Businesses can make payments, monitor account activity, receive payment notifications, and synchronize data with accounting software and ERP systems in real time.

The integration of banking data with enterprise management systems helps automate finance and accounting processes, shorten reconciliation times, optimize cash flow management, and improve operational efficiency. At the same time, connected data provides the foundation for developing intelligent, customized financial solutions tailored to the needs of each business.

The two sides will jointly develop digital lending models based on business data, household business data, and e-invoices. This approach helps shorten the credit assessment process, improve transparency, and expand access to financing for the business community.

In the initial phase of the partnership, more than 350,000 businesses and over 200,000 household enterprises within MISA's ecosystem will gain access to preferential financing programs, corporate credit cards, and a range of digital banking solutions provided by HDBank.

In addition, HDBank is expanding several other digital finance initiatives, including its Digital Healthcare ecosystem through the MediPay and MediFast solution suite to enhance the healthcare customer experience; the VND30 trillion "Flexible SME" credit package, which allows businesses to borrow up to 100% of their collateral value; and supply chain financing solutions offering flexible funding, unsecured credit limits of up to VND5 billion, and financing of up to 100%.
