Strategic Investment in Viet - Han Corporation

The Indochina Capital co-operation unveiled that the Indochina Capital Vietnam Holdings Limited fund has made a strategic investment (15 percent of share ownership) in Viet- Han Investment and Production joint stock company, a leading company producing copper and optic cables for telecom. In the role of a strategic investor, Indochina Capital will help Viet-Han Corporation draw up a business strategy, and consult it about shares on the verge of listing on the stock exchange at the end of 2007.
