VNPT Opens Branch in US
US companies called Vietnam’s VNPT Group’s recent opening of a branch in San Francisco the second largest such event, after Vietnam Airlines, marking another milestone in US market penetration by Vietnamese leading firms.
Mr. Mark Chester, director of the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of International Trade & Commerce, applauded VNPT’s branch establishment in San Francisco.
At the opening ceremony, VNPT Deputy General Director Lam Hoang Vinh introduced VNPT Group’s business operations and capacities to attendants. In the coming time, the VNPT branch in the United States will focus on promoting trade and investment cooperation activities, and outlining business plans for post, telecom and IT services and products for the US and other American markets.
