Trong Le Bamboo Textile Showroom Opens in HCM City

Thanh Dat Trading Company coordinated with Trong Le Company to open a showroom displaying the latter’s products at 80 Ham Nghi Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City on June 18, 2007.

All exhibits are bamboo textiles made by skilful artisans in Hanoi City. At the opening ceremony, Ms Phan Dinh Tram Anh, Director of Thanh Dat Company said, “We are seeking export markets for Trong Le bamboo textiles, and we are very proud to bring images of bamboo textiles to foreign markets as well as the home market.” Thanh Dat has recently finished negotiations to export a large volume of bamboo textiles to France, a milestone development for the Vietnam’s handicraft industry.
