Kirby’s pre-engineered steel buildings consists of pre-built frames, mezzanine decks, fascias, canopies, cranes, open web joists and trusses, roof and wall-cladding systems and related accessories, as well as polyurethane insulated panels. They use the latest design codes like MBMA 2002, ASCE 2005, AISD 2005, IBC 2006, AISI 2001, AWS 2006 and ASTM 2006.
 
Kirby’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities produce hundreds of custom made steel buildings each year. Kirby facilities are located in Kuwait, Ras-Al-Khaimah in the UAE, Hyderabad and Haridwar in India, and have a total global production capacity of 400,000MT. 
 
Kirby has a South-East Asian capacity of 50,000 MT at Dong Nai and does not just cater to the domestic Vietnamese market but also exports to markets like Singapore, Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia & Laos. Kirby SEA is planning to set up another new factory in Hanoi in 2010 with a likely capacity of 40,000 MT in 2010.
