Panasonic Vietnam Sponsor Vietnam KWN Program

The award ceremony of the Kid Witness News (KWN) Vietnam 2008 National Contest was held in Hanoi on November 7, 2008. The four teams came from four secondary schools namely Doan Thi Diem, Lomonosov, Marie Curie, and Nguyen Sieu schools. Present in the ceremony were representatives from Ministry of Education and Training, Hanoi Department of Education, representatives of four schools, all KWN team members, and leaders of Panasonic Vietnam.

 

The video clip titled “The flower’s story”, creation of the KWN team from Marie Curie secondary school was awarded with the First Prize. Therefore, the KWN team from Marie Curie secondary school will represent Vietnam to take part in the KWN regional and global contest. The award ceremony of KWN regional contest will be held in Malaysia on December 3, 2008. The award ceremony of KWN global is scheduled to be in Japan at the beginning of July 2009.
