Bao Viet Group to Contribute VND55 Bln to Set up Investment Firm
Bao Viet Group has just poured VND55 billion (US$3.2 million) to establish Bao Viet Investment Joint Stock Co with an initial registered capital of VND100 billion, the Securities Investment newspaper reported.
The group will become the biggest founding shareholder with a 55 per cent stake in the new investment firm.
The three other founding stakeholders include Bao Viet Life with VND20 billion or a 20 per cent stake, Bao Viet Insurance with VND20 billion or a 20 per cent stake, and Bao Viet Securities Co with VND5 billion or a 5 per cent stake.
The new firm will specialize in construction investments, real estate consultancy services, material and equipment trade for construction and construction investment consultancy. (Securities Investment)
