UAE to Import Vietnamese Rice, Coffee
Vietnam will become a source of rice and coffee for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in the coming times as the two countries’ economic ties are strengthened, UAE officials were quoted as saying at the UAE-Vietnam business forum.
Hamad Buamin, director general of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said that Dubai will play a larger role in being a trans-shipment port for the distribution of commodities between Vietnam, Europe and Africa, the Gulfnews.com reported.
