Japan to Cut Coffee Import from Vietnam
Japan may reduce coffee import from Vietnam due to economic slowdown, the Vietnam Cocoa and Coffee Association said on May 5.
Vietnam’s coffee export to Japan will rise only 4.78 per cent from 2008 to US$134 million.
Japan is a big importer of Vietnamese coffee, accounting for 6 per cent of total coffee export revenue in 2008. (Labor)
