Vietnam is listed among top ten countries in the world which are in best position to overcome the recession, a recent survey by Sydney-based Servcorp on 7,500 people in 24 differed countries and territories showed.

Australia takes the lead, followed by China, India and Singapore (rated third), Hong Kong, Canada, Japan and Qatar (seventh), New Zealand (ninth), Vietnam, Malaysia and Sweden (tenth), Servcorp noted.

Australian businesspeople appeared relatively unaffected, the poll by Servcorp, a provider of virtual and serviced offices that operates in 61 nations, said.

“Over 71 per cent of Australian businesspeople believe we are the lucky country, and it's interesting to see that the rest of the world agrees,” the survey found. (VNA, www.tmcnet.com)
