Vietnam Govt: to Give Incentives for Supporting Industries: Minister

The Vietnamese government is working on a regulation to grant more incentives for supporting industries, Industry and Trade Minister Vu Huy Hoang said at a conference held last weekend in Hanoi.
 
Under the decree, the government will exempt corporate income tax for four years for companies which invest into the industry, Minister Hoang noted.
 
They will enjoy corporate income tax at a rate of 10 per cent for 15 next years and will the tax to be halved for nine years later, Hai said.
 
Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam Mitsuo Sakaba also attended the workshop themed “Vietnam’s Supporting Industry – Situation and Solutions.”
 
“Vietnam’s supporting industry is still weak,” the ambassador told the participants, however adding that the field is full of potential.  

Ambassador Sakaba suggested that Vietnam and Japan more closely work together to soon map. (Youth)
