Viendong Land Starts Building Highest Twin Towers in Central Vietnam
Vien Dong Property JSC or Viendong Land started building the highest twin towers in central Vietnam with investment capital of US$180 million on May 20.
Located in the center of Danang city, the 48-storey Meridian Towers project with total height of 220 meters will house a high-class trading center, international conference centers, a five-star hotel, luxury apartments and first-class offices.
Viendong Land is founded by Vien Dong Investment Consultancy and Technology Transfer Joint Stock Corp. (Vien Dong Corp), Trung Nam Investment and Construction Joint Stock Corp. (Trung Nam Group), and SaigonTel.
On April 15, the municipal authorities threatened to cancel the project due to the delay of execution. The groundbreaking ceremony of the twin towers had been held last July.
