Metalex Vietnam 2010, one of the largest metalworking exhibitions of in Vietnam, has been ready to open on October 7-1, 2010 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), the event’s organizer Reed Tradex recently announced.
Metalex Vietnam 2010 will provide comprehensive solutions, including production and supply of spare parts, accessories, and machinery.
This will be the first time Metalex Vietnam 2010 has been co-located with the 4th Exhibition on Supporting Industries exhibition which organized by JETRO, Ho Chi Minh Office and co-organized by , Ho Chi Minh Investment and Trade Promotion Center (ITPC).
“The large-scale exhibition will be an important opportunity which industrialists, manufacturers, and enterprises in Vietnam should not miss. This will be a meeting point of the manufacturing community and widely open doors for Vietnamese industrialists to network with Japanese businesses for machinery import production, and to develop higher competitiveness for Japan’s investment expansion,” said Ms. Nattha Chaowawanich, Deputy Managing Director of Reed Tradex.
The supporting industry exhibition will display spare parts, accessories, and supporting services of Japan and Vietnamese suppliers who are equipment manufacturers and sub-contractors. Meanwhile, Metalex Vietnam 2010 focuses on introducing suppliers of metalworking machinery and technology. Visitors will have chances to have access to more than 500 world’s leading brands from 25 countries.
“The combination of the two exhibitions will create a big event of the manufacturing industry. Sellers and buyers will meet, exchange views and experience, and discover new technologies, and develop networks,” said Mr. Nguyen Khac Duy, Head of ITPC Investment Promotion Department. Therefore, enterprises which want to order spare parts made in Vietnam or want to supply spare parts and equipment to Japanese enterprises should attend the good opportunity, he added.
