Energy Conservation Expo 2010 to Open in HCM City

The second Energy Conservation Exhibition 2010 (Encon Expo 2010) featuring energy-efficiency products and renewable energy is set to take place in Phu Tho Sporting Centre, Ho Chi Minh City from November 25 - 28, 2010.

 

The event, held by the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Office under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ho Chi Minh City Energy Conservation Centre and Anh That Trade Service Co., Ltd, aims to boost exchange and technology transfer in energy conservation, feature energy efficient products and renewable energy, and improve the community's understanding of energy efficiency and conservation.

 

Encon Expo 2010 will house 300 pavilions for 40 foreign enterprises and 200 domestic businesses. Exhibits include energy-efficient products, services and solutions. This is also an ideal destination for companies to introduce energy-efficient products to consumers and partners.

 

In addition, this event is also incorporated with many side activities like investment promotion conference for Vietnamese enterprises and foreigners, a workshop on financing mechanism for energy efficiency investments.
