Vietreal 2010 to Open in HCM City

The Vietnam International Real Estate Expo (Vietreal 2010), the largest annual real estate event, is set to open at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre (SECC) from December 9 to 12, 2010. The event is jointly held by the Vietnam Association of Architects, the Vietnam Real Estate Association and the Ho Chi Minh City Real Estate Association.

 

To date, 70% of the space has been booked by many world-leading real estate companies like Gamuda Land, CIC8, Savills, Genuwin and Sova Holdings. Vietreal 2010 is expected to have 350 booths and attract some 40,000 visitors.

 

The exhibition is anchored by two main events, namely a national conference on “Vietnam real estate overview in 2010” and an inaugural introduction of the “Real estate product of the year” award.

 

The incorporated conference will focus on direct dialogues with ministerial officials, association members, specialists and companies.
