Vietnam Computer, Electronics Product Imports +30.7% in 2010: GSO

Vietnam is estimated to have spent $5.16 billion on importing computers, electronics products and spare parts in 2010, up 30.7% from a year earlier, the government’s General Statistics Office (GSO) said.
 
The Southeast Asian country imported $570 million worth of these products in December from the revised figure of $549 million in November, the office said.
 
Vietnam earned $3.56 billion from exporting computers, electronic products during the year, up 28.8% on-year. (GSO)
