METRO Cash & Carry Celebrates 10-year Vietnam Operation

METRO Cash & Carry Vietnam Ltd has recently organised a ceremony to celebrate its 10-year presence in Vietnam at its 13 wholesales centres nationwide.

 

On this occasion, METRO held many thanksgiving events in consideration of customers and partners in Vietnam. Typically, the "Big Bang - 10 Years of METRO" programme will present thousands of gifts worth VND6 billion in total from April 28 to May 26, 2011.

 

Metro Cash & Carry Vietnam officially opened the first wholesale centre in Vietnam in 2002. After 10 years, the company has expanded its operations in 10 provinces across the country with 13 wholesale centres, two distribution stations in Binh Duong and Lam Dong, and employed more than 3,500 workers.

 

Currently, Metro is serving more than 1 million business customers in Vietnam with a diverse range of products (food and non-food) and effective business solutions that help increase the competitiveness of its customers in Vietnam.
