TV Towers - Affordable Residence for Low-income Earners

The Government is offering support for many housing projects in favour of low-income earners, but a buyer must meet several criteria to have a chance to own an apartment. Therefore, for the time being, affordable housing investors cannot sell their products while perspective homebuyers cannot buy them. This is one of major causes for current quietness of the Hanoi real estate market. The supply is not targeted to the majority of customers who have the real demand for permanent residence and have average income.

 

From that majority-centred vision, Tan Viet Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company focuses on this group of customers when it builds TV Tower, a well known apartment project in Hanoi. The 30-story twin towers are built on a campus of 6,000 sq. metres in Duc Thuong commune, Hoai Duc district, Hanoi, opposite the Tan Tay Do new urban zone on National Road 32. It is a 15-minute drive to My Dinh. The towers have all amenities for a standard apartment complex, from parking lots to supermarkets, meeting halls, trade centres, kindergartens, clinics, etc.

 

Contemporarily designed TV Towers use advanced material structures with pre-stressed concrete, which allows residents to change walls and partitions to their demand and purpose. The buildings also use exterior safety glass. Floors and lobbies are in granite and ceramic tile.

 

Importantly, prices of TV Towers apartments range around VND14 million per sq. metre. With an average area of 80 sq. metres, an apartment costs only VND1 billion.

 

Constructed by Song Da 1 Joint Stock Company, the project is scheduled to be completed by the first quarter of 2013. With nine tranches of payment with a continuous interval of three months, TV Towers is considered an attractive project and an open opportunity for homebuyers. TV Towers is expected to be a profitable project for the investor, as it will catch the fancy of many homebuyers when National Road 32 is completed in September.
