Ten Best-known Brands in Vietnam

The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) hosted the “Vietnam Best-known Brand 2010 Gala” at Sheraton Hotel, Hanoi on August 20, 2011 to name best-known brands in Vietnam. The gala assembled officials from ministries, State agencies, associations, business leaders and consumers across the country.

 

VCCI announced and presented Top 10 Best-known Brand Awards to Honda, Nokia, Vinamilk, Biti’s, Coca-Cola, MobiFone, Vietnam Airlines, Viettel, Kinh Do and Omo.

 

Besides, VCCI also handed awards to Top 3 Industry Brands and Top 500 Well-known Brands in Vietnam, based on survey results conducted by FTA - a leading market research company and an official representative of the World Society for Opinion and Marketing Research (ESOMAR) in Vietnam.

 

Addressing at the ceremony, Mr Doan Duy Khuong, Vice President of VCCI and Head of the Organisation Board of the Vietnam Best-known Brands 2010, said: “The awards have enhanced the competitiveness of businesses in increasing profits in a product, service value chain while boosting Vietnamese consumer culture. Besides, the programme is also a specific action in response to the campaign “Vietnamese people use Vietnamese goods.”
