Food & Hotel Vietnam 2011 Attracts 360 Exhibitors

Food & Hotel Vietnam2011, the 6th edition of Vietnam's most established international food and hospitality trade event, is set to take place at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre (SECC) from September 28 to 30, 2011. The biennial event is jointly organized by VCCI Exhibition Service Co., Ltd and Singapore Exhibition Services Pte Ltd (SES).

 

The exhibition will attract over 360 companies from 31 countries and territories in the world. They will display their products and services on a 9,000 square metre campus, an increase of 26 percent from the last event in 2009. International space consists of 14 sections is designed for exhibitors from Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, South Korea, Singapore, the United States, and other nations.

 

Ms Ting Siew Mui, Project Director for Food & Hotel Vietnam, said: The second Vietnam Barista Competition (VBC) and Vietnam Culinary Challenge for best chefs will be incorporated with the Food & Hotel Vietnam 2011. The VBC competition will be based on coffee-making criteria of world-acclaimed barista contests.
