Exhibition Features Vietnam’s Heritages
A photo exhibition featuring Vietnam’s World Heritage Sites opened to public on October 10.
The exhibition showcases 206 photos by 138 authors from 25 provinces and cities. They were singled out from over 2,000 photos sent to a competition for artistic photos on the country’s world heritages.
On the occasion, the organizers also granted prizes to the photos that best illustrate Vietnamese heritage sites in both Vietnamese and English.
The event, held by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, was designed to promote public’s understanding of the country’s heritages and tourism.
Vietnam is endowed with beautiful landscapes and people here are very friendly. The country has total 12 UNESCO-recognized heritages sites, including Thang Long-Hanoi Citadel, Hue Royal Music, Bac Ninh Folk Songs.
