Boosting Cooperation with Kochi (Japan)
The Ho Chi Minh City Branch of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI - HCM) recently held talks with visiting businesses and officials from the Kochi Prefecture Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Japan.
Kōchi Prefecture is a major economic and industrial centre in Japan. Kochi businesses started investing in Vietnam long ago. Most of them are doing business well and have expanded operating scales.
Kochi businesses and investors exchanged experience, sought cooperation opportunities with HCM City-based enterprises.
An official from VCCI - HCMCsaid the branch will organise a business delegation to Japan in November to survey the market and boost bilateral investment and trade ties.
