Sharing Secrets to Effective Business Management
Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Ho Chi Minh City Branch recently held a conference named “Risks attached to corporate leaders’ responsibilities and measures for corporate management”.
Addressing at the conference, Vo Tan Thanh, Director of the branch, said it is essential for the contingent of Vietnamese businesspeople to update new knowledge and skills to better run their companies.
The event helped to bring new approaches for the corporate governance. It also offered a number of measures to manage risks, particularly those related to managers. This is very necessary for every leader of companies.
