9th MTA Expo - Solutions for Vietnam Manufacturing Industries

The 9th Vietnam International Precision Engineering, Machine Tools and Metalworking Exhibition and Conference (MTA Hanoi 2012) is scheduled to take place from March 28 to 30, 2012 the Hanoi International Centre for Exhibition (I.C.E), the Friendship Cultural Palace, 91 Tran Hung Dao, Hanoi, Vietnam. MTA Hanoi 2012 is jointly held by VCCI Exhibition Service Co., Ltd and Singapore Exhibition Services Pte Ltd (SES). According to Mr William Lim, Project Director of Machinery Events, Singapore Exhibition Services (SES), MTA was previously held in Ho Chi Minh City but this edition will be staged in Hanoi as this region has been growing at a steady pace. The demand for the latest manufacturing technologies and solutions from international companies is evident, he said. MTA is expected to offer a chance for the Vietnamese manufacturing industry to access the latest measures and technologies in the areas of metal processing, precise engineering and machine tools. This MTA attracts the participation of Japanese Nikon Group, a world leader in digital imaging, precision optics and photo imaging technology. The company is planning to expand business operations in Vietnam this year. Mr William said the joining of Nikon is a testament to the development of the MTA - Vietnam's largest expo of advanced manufacturing solutions.
