APACHEM Starts Construction on SHP Plaza
Asia Chemical & Paint Real Estate Joint Stock Company (APACHEM) recently commenced construction on a high-grade office, apartment and trade centre called SHP Plaza in northern Haiphong City.
This is an unusual apartment project, in the heart of the port city. Apartments range from 52 square metres to 105 square metres. Estimated offering price is from VND21 million per square metre.
Located on a more than 3,000 square metre campus in the most bustling location in Haiphong, SHP Plaza consists of two basements and 28 storeys. The first six floors are for commercial purposes and the rest for residences.
Mr Vu Cuong Quyet, General Director of Dat Xanh Mien Bac Joint Stock Company, the distributor, said: The company will receive purchase rights from the start of groundbreaking.
