Seminar on Effective Capital Management, Investment Opportunities in 2nd Half

A seminar entitled “Effective capital management - Investment opportunities in last six months” is scheduled to open in Hanoi on June 8, 2012 under the sponsorship of HDBank. Outstanding speakers include Dr Pham Thi Thu Hang - Secretary General of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), Ms Nguyen Thi Hong - Deputy Director of Monetary Policy Department under the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), Dr Tran Du Lich - Member of National Advisory Council for Financial and Monetary Policies, Dr Nguyen Minh Phong, and Truong Tuan Nghia - corporate finance specialist.

 

VCCI will introduce the Government's new policies for SMEs, including the recent business support package. Economists will delve into the benefits of this policy, thus helping businesses better understand capital management techniques and effective approach to capital, as well as analyse and anticipate four investment channels: securities, real estate, gold and foreign currency.

 

In addition, a lot of questions will be answered, including “Why do businesses still fall short of capital though banks have access credits with lower interest rates?” “How is the Vietnamese market in the last six months?” and “Are there any investment opportunities in the face of stagnancy?”
