Vietnamese Cook to Attend “Bocuse d’Or Asia” 2012
The international Sofitel Plaza hotel on June 5th, 2012, held a press conference to introduce Mr Do Chi Cong, a head chef of the hotel and the only Vietnamese candidate to be nominated to attend the cooking contest "Bocuse d'Or Asia", which will take place in Shanghai, China from June 12 -14, 2012.
The Bocuse d'Or team of Vietnam to Shanghai to attend the competition includes 4 members, led by Mr Didier Coulou in his capacity of Chairman of Bocuse d'Or Vietnam, Mr Andre Bosia in the role of trained chef, and the assistant of Mr Cong is Ms Ta Thi Ha Ly.
This competition will pick four Asian finalists to continue to participate in the international finals to be held in Lyon - France in January 2013.
