Golden Rice Award to Debut
Deputy PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc has allowed the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to grant the newly-established Golden Rice Award to outstanding agriculture-related products.
The award will be presented every three years.
The first award-granting ceremony is scheduled to take place in Hanoi on the occasion of the 67th founding anniversary of the ministry (October 15, 1945).
During the ceremony, the award will be given to 100 products, in three groups, namely patents and solutions; plant and animal varieties, agricultural equipment and handicraft; and prestigious trademarks.
