124^th Birthday of the Continental Hotel

The Continental Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, one of the oldest hotels in Vietnam, will open a big party on September 23 to celebrate its 129^th birthday.

The hotel was built in 1880 with French classical architecture, including 83 luxury rooms that are classified: Standard, First Class, Deluxe, and Suite. Located in the centre of Ho Chi Minh City and opposite to the city's Theater, the Continental has become a destination of local and foreign businessmen, journalists, and politicians to exchange views and information.

The hotel, managed by the Saigon Tourism Corporation from 1975, and first-class hotels of Saigontourism are successfully applying the environment management system ISO 14001. The hotel will offer a diversified range of dishes and entertainment programmes and the buffet prices of VND99,000 for adult and VND55,000 for children under 12.
