Attracting Japanese Investment in Economic Zones and Real Estate
The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the Japan – Vietnam Association will organise an economic conference on Vietnam – Japan Friendship on September 13, in Hanoi.
The conference will focus on the fields of economic zones, real estate and stock, which Japan was interested in and still have promise in the near future.
Currently, Vietnam has nearly 300 economic zones, mainly located in major economic regions in the North and South which are convenient for transport and building factories.
Japan is moving its projects to countries with cheaper labour and land rent prices to cut costs and reduce product prices. The conference is expected to attract 150 delegates and 50 Japanese businesses eager to cooperate with Vietnamese businesses.
