HR Day Discusses Vietnam Business Leadership Quality

EduViet Corporation, Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs' Association, School of Economics under the Vietnam National University of Hanoi, Chief People Officer Club (CPO Club), and Vietnamese personnel forum HRLink.vn organised the HR Day 2012 with the theme of “Quality of Vietnamese business leaders” at the National Convention Centre, Hanoi on October 14, 2012. More than 1,000 enterprises joined the programme.

 

The meeting assessed the actuality of Vietnamese business leaders. The event also shared candid stories and lessons on HR, presented vision, level and talent of leaders, and created an open forum for CEOs to attend to discuss and ask questions directly.

 

Besides, Vietnam HR Day Programme 2012 announced a report on Vietnamese private CEOs 2012 and discussed topics of interests like leadership arts, administration of changes, staff training and development, leadership and KPI, employee motivation, core and next-leadership personnel building.
