Emirates Launches Boeing 777-300ER on HCM City- Dubai Route
Emirates, one of the world’s fastest growing airlines, inaugurated its Boeing 777-300ER aircraft on the HCM City–Dubai route on October 28, 2012.
Emirates flight EK 391 departs HMC City at 9:10 pm arriving in Dubai at 1:05 am in the following day. The return flight EK 390 takes off Dubai International Airport at 9:15 am arriving at Tan Son Nhat International Airport at 7:35 pm.
Emirates Airline commenced its daily, non-stop service between Dubai and HCM City on June 4, 2012 with an Airbus 330-200 configured with 27 Business Class seats and 251 Economy Class seats. To capitalise on growing demand on the route, the airline has upgraded the aircraft to a Boeing 777-300ER, with 42 flat-bed seats in Business class and 386 Economy-class seats, increasing passenger capacity by almost 50 per cent.
Emirates offers baggage allowance of 40 kg for Business Class seats and 30 kg for Economy Class seats for customers flying from HCM City. The airline’s chauffeur-drive service was also available to Business-class passengers in Dubai of the United Arab Emirates.
