VPBank Lends Construction of Ehome 4 Bac Sai Gon - Nam Long Residence

Vietnam Prosperity Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Ho Chi Minh Branch (VPBank Ho Chi Minh) and Nam Long Investment Joint Stock Company have officially signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement in Ho Chi Minh City.

 

Under the agreement, VPBank will provide VND300 billion for EHome 4 Bac Sai Gon residence project and work with Nam Long Company to implement preference programmes for customers of both sides. VPBank will offer the preferential interest rate of 9.99 per cent per annum in the first three months for apartment buyers at EHome 4 Bac Sai Gon residential project invested by Nam Long Investment Joint Stock Company. Customers are allowed to borrow up to 80 per cent of apartment value with a maximum tenure of 15 years.

 

The 12.5-ha EHome 4 Bac Sai Gon residential project, situated in Thuan An district, Binh Duong province, is a combination of condominiums, semidetached houses, townhouses and villas. The project opened two bids for townhouses priced from VND867 million. All offers were bought in the first opening and 33 out of 88 bids were purchased in the second opening. Nam Long expects to sell EHome 4 apartments next year at the initial price of VND400 million.
