Gov’t Grants Priority to Six Industrial Sectors in Cooperation with Japan

The Government has agreed to add the automotive and parts industry to the list of priority industries for development in Vietnam's Industrialisation Strategy, in the framework of cooperation with Japan to 2020 and vision to 2030.

 

The Government has also agreed on the main contents of the Industrialisation Strategy Project. Accordingly, six strategic industries are identified for development priority in accordance with four groups of agreed criteria and Vietnam’s industrial development orientation, as well as the general spirit of Vietnam and Japan in industry cooperation.
