Training Course on New VAT Law 2013

The amended Law on Value Added Tax (VAT) adopted by the National Assembly in 2011 has played an important role in boosting production, circulation and exportation of goods. However, with new changes of policy systems and economic development process, some provisions of the Law on VAT are no longer suitable in reality or are inconsistent with current law. To address inconsistencies, the Ministry of Finance completed the draft revised Law on VAT and sent it to the Government to submit to the National Assembly’s 5^th plenary meeting in May 2013.    

To help enterprises understand the most important changes in the amended VAT Law and answer queries from enterprises, VCCI will organise a training course on "New regulations on new VAT Law 2013 - violations, prevention, handling and correction in invoice use” on July 16, 2013 at ITAXA Building, 126 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street, Ward 6, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.
