"Inclusive Innovation in Vietnam"
The Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs’ Council under the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) coordinated with the Subproject Management Board under the Enterprise Development Department, the Ministry of Planning and Investment to organise a conference on inclusive innovation in Vietnam in Hanoi on July 24, 2013.
In the current economic climate, many Vietnamese companies still face numerous difficulties in borrowing capital for business expansion and technological upgrading to increase productivity, improve quality and reduce production costs.
The workshop is an opportunity for businesses to access official capital sources of the “Vietnam Inclusive Innovation” Project funded by the World Bank (WB) with the aim of strengthening Vietnam’s capacity to undertake inclusive innovation, including financing development, adaptation, adoption, scale-up and commercialisation of inclusive technologies.
The event will provide important information about opportunities for enterprises to access grants and concessional loans, answer questions from enterprises, and guide them with registration procedures for the programme.
