"Cost Savings in Management, Production and Sales of Enterprises"

This is the theme of a training programme to be organised by the Centre for Economic Information affiliated to the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). The training programme, scheduled to take place in Hanoi on December 24 and in Ho Chi Minh City on December 27, 2013, is part of the project “Supporting enterprises to build effective business models, enhance competitiveness to implement policies of inflation taming and economic stability.”
 
In fact, very many Vietnamese manufacturing companies are facing a number of issues like low productivity, rising production costs and administrative waste, but they have yet to find really effective solutions to address these weaknesses.
 
The training programme aims to assist enterprises with know-how to economise production costs; boost administrative efficiency, reduce working time; enhance productivity and quality in production; and increase profits for them. The lecturer is MBA Nguyen Van Duc, a leading expert in corporate management skills and an experienced employee for Honda, Canon and other leading companies.
