VSI EXPO 2014 to Take Place in HCM City

The Vietnam International Supporting Industries Exhibition 2014 (VSI Expo 2014) is scheduled to take place from September 17 to 19, 2014 at the Tan Binh Exhibition and Convention Centre (TBECC), Ho Chi Minh City. Notably, VSI Expo 2014 is recognised as an event of the National Trade Promotion Programme 2014 by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. All domestic participants will be cut 50 percent of funds.

 

The exhibition is held by the HCM City Department of Industry and Trade in cooperation with CIS Vietnam Advertisement and Exhibition Company. Exhibited industries include garment - textile - Footwear, electronics - informatics; automotive production and assembly; mechanic; and high-tech supporting industries.

 

VSI Expo 2014 is expected to have over 300 booths for 200 exhibitors introducing their supporting products to domestic and foreign partners. Domestic companies will have the chance to seek partners or become suppliers for manufacturers in Vietnam.

 

The exhibition is incorporated with the Seminar on "Solutions to promote supporting industries in Vietnam" and the Forum on “Realising production cooperation opportunities - Driving force for support industry development". The events will be held by the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency (Vietrade), Industrial Policy and Strategy Institute (IPSI) and the HCM City Department of Industry and Trade.
