Established in 1992 with the starting point as a small wood processing facility with 5 workers and basic machinery, so far, after more than 20 years of continuous development, Ho Son Tu has become a strong brand in interior decoration and been attracting more and more customers inside and outside the province.
Ho Son Tu Co., Ltd is located in Xuan Loc district, Dong Nai province, with the mission to take the lead in the fields of afforestation and exploitation of forest; trading and processing of all kinds of natural wood (wood from legal sources); design, construction and installation of interior equipment for residential buildings, offices, schools; purchasing and production of handicrafts, wooden interior and exterior.
From its inception, the company has always defined its prestige as one of the top criteria when making the brand. In recent years, Ho Son Tu has relentlessly focused on investment in equipment and machinery serving production and business to create high-quality products and service in various designs.
At the same time, the company also divides labour in production in a reasonable and professional manner. The production force of the company is divided into 3 groups, namely group 1 specializing in products serving the needs of small consumers and projects, group 2 in charge of large-scale projects and group 3 responsible for exports. The systematic assignment helps the company ensure meticulousness in every detail of the product and offer customers the best products and service.
Thanks to right investment, Ho Son Tu has become one of the important partners of many major clients in the locality and across the country. The company has been constructing and installing equipment and furniture for many large and small projects in and outside the province such as Tien Thanh - Phan Thiet - Binh Thuan Gold Coast resort, Thao Dien villas in District 2, Ho Chi Minh city, Phu My Hung Villas in District 7. Ho Chi Minh city, Fire Prevention Department of Dong Nai province, the Hall of Dong Nai Provincial Police, Helicopter Repairing Company (Plant A42, PK-KQ, Engineering Department) in Bien Hoa - Dong Nai. Particularly, the most typical project is the hospital of Ba Ria - Vung Tau in Ba Ria. This is a significant project which helps Ho Son Tu lift its position in the market, opens up new opportunities to reach customers in a profound way and creates an important prerequisite for the next development of the company.
In addition to production and sales in the domestic market, Ho Son Tu also boosts sales in the world market with a focus on Australia. The company has sent some sample products to Australia and in the fourth quarter of 2014 will export to this market. This is considered a potential market for export activities of the company. Therefore, Ho Son Tu plans to build a showroom there. However, Australia is a quite difficult market which requires high-quality export products. That is why the company has constantly improved the quality of raw materials and modern machinery and equipment and built skilled and experienced workforce to ensure the necessary criteria for export products.
For efficient and stable manufacturing and business, in addition to improving product quality, the company has been focusing on developing human resources for production. Annually, the company, in collaboration with Dong Nai agricultural extension company, trains skilled and professional workers.
Stable and sustainable development is the motivation for Ho Son Tu to always fulfil its responsibilities and obligations to the state and local authority. Besides, according to Mr Ho Son Tu, Director of the company, annually the company is also actively involved in response to movements developing socialization of education, eradicating poverty and caring for family of Revolution martyrs and soldiers killed in combat. The company has also launched the movement of building gratitude houses for the poor households in Xuan Loc. In the coming years, if exports get stable, the company will continue to employ more labour to solve the employment issue for local residents. Thanks to the relentless efforts of the company’s staff, Ho Son Tu has repeatedly been awarded the "Golden Brand Cup" for interior and exterior decoration in the Vietnam medium and small enterprises fair in 2009 and 2011. Personally, Mr Ho Son Tu has received the title of nationwide competitive soldier in renovation period by Vietnam Farmers' Association and awarded the Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister's national Target Program on building new countryside. This is the motivation for the company to affirm its position locally and be ready to integrate and grow with the country.
