US Market - Challenges and Opportunities for Vietnam Businesses Joining TPP

This is the main content of a study and survey programme hosted by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) held from October 15 to 25, 2015 in five major US cities, namely New York, Philadelphia, Washington DC , Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

 

The programme is part of the "Supporting Vietnamese businesses to enhance market expansion promotion in 2014 - 2018" project. The programme is expected to support enterprises to actively build business strategies to stand ready when the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) is ratified and brought into force.

 

The organiser will coordinate with units in the US to provide knowledge of addressing fundamental challenges in commercial, economic and financial aspects that Vietnamese firms are facing in the context of economic globalisation. Participants will directly survey experience and knowledge to improve the enterprise resources management system, improve governance and leadership knowledge according to international standards; look for cooperation opportunities with US organisations and businesses, and visit the United States.
