Cooperation Opportunity in Human Resource Training for DHTP Based on German Occupational Standard

After hearing a general introduction about Danang and DHTP, the delegation paid a visit to DHTP site and two vocational training colleges: Danang College of Technology and Danang Vocational College. “The trip had helped us understand more about educational system in Vietnam and confirm our cooperating intention in Danang” Mr Wiss. Klaus Michel shared. Facilities and educational programs of the colleges are synchronized, which is a good foundation to start the cooperation in training lecturers and students based in German occupational standard and plan to establish a Technological Training Evaluation Center in DHTP in the future. 
 

The meeting has started cooperating opportunities amongst parties: DHTP Management Board, BTZ Center, Avestos Company and one of vocational training colleges in Danang. Based on the current conditions of the college, German expertise will advise and support with new facilities and training trips for lecturers to Germany to improve training quality, etc. But the first step of human resource training cooperation shall be executed locally in hi-tech areas.

Based on initial steps, Parties will work together on the plan to establish a Technical Training Evaluation Center in DHTP. The establishment Center based on German occupational standard would promote local reputation and attract more German investors to DHTP and other industrial parks in Danang. 
 

Parties are working on preparation for a MoU and mutually agree to execute scopes of cooperation soon.
