VEC Corporation Scales up Registered Capital

The Prime Minister recently approved of the plan on registered capital increase of Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC) to 2019. Accordingly, VEC’s registered capital will be increased to VND72,602 billion, including its current VND1,000 billion of registered capital and VND71,602 billion from State budget.

 

Currently, VEC has a registered capital of VND1,000 billion.

 

The Prime Minister also assigned the Ministry of Transport to coordinate with the Ministry of Finance to decide on VEC’s register capital changes.
