1. Immediately provide first aid and emergency care for the sufferer
2. Notify authorities of the accident in the quickest manner
3. Leave the scene of accident intact in case of fatality or severity in the following principles:
a) Where emergency aid must be provided for the sufferer and immediate actions which may distort the scene need to be taken to prevent potential risks and damage to others, the employer is accountable for sketching the scene, making records, taking photos or filming the scene (if possible);
b) The scene of accident is removed and the interment of corpses is proceeded (if any) only after investigation steps are completed and the investigation panel agrees, with consent in writing.
4. Immediately provide documents, objects and means in connection with the accident at the request of superior accident investigators and hold responsible to the law for such documents, objects and means.
5. Assist employees involved in the accident to provide information for investigators of occupational accidents as required.
6. Set up a grassroots occupational accident investigator panel to inspect accidents under its jurisdiction
7. Provide complete information about the accident to all employees
8. Complete and store accident records
9. Pay expenses for the service of accident investigation, including reinvestigation, except for reinvestigation request of Social Insurance Agency.
10. Take all measures to overcome and resolve all consequences of occupational accidents, draw on experience, make and submit reports, and settle mistakes committed by employees.
