“By becoming the main sponsor for events of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum (APEC) 2017, Bidrico will contribute to promoting the quality of Vietnamese beverages. Furthermore, we hope to play a helpful role in providing better logistics for APEC, and raise the image and position of Vietnam in the eyes of the international friends attended APEC,” Mr Nguyen Dang Hien, General Director of Tan Quang Minh Manufacture & Trading Co., Ltd - Bidrico Beverage, the owner of Bidrico brand, said at the company’s Customer Conference 2016 where he announced the formal main sponsorship and drink sponsorship for APEC 2017.
He said Vietnam will welcome high-level delegates from 21 APEC member economies during APEC 2017 and the assurance of product quality standards and food safety must always be placed on top. With such importance, becoming an official beverage supplier for APEC 2017 partially reconfirms the golden quality of Bidrico products in the course of international economic integration. Criteria that the National Committee for APEC 2017 believe that Bidrico products will serve well satisfy senior officials from 21 APEC economies include Vietnamese traits in Bidrico products, the quality of Bidrico products which meet most stringent US and Japanese standards, and elegant and deluxe designs.
Bidrico purified water is stored in three types of containers: 20l can for family, 500ml bottle and 350ml bottle. The 500ml bottle and 350ml bottle were chosen as the official drinking water for the APEC 2017 in Vietnam. With a brand affirmed throughout nearly 25 years of constant development and efforts for the health of Vietnamese consumers, the quality of Bidrico products is indeed somewhat certain. Specially, the Bidrico pure water is filtered through activated carbon to remove odours and through ion exchange systems to eliminate heavy metals such as iron, copper, lead, zinc, mercury, arsenic and manganese. The water continues to be filtered through an advanced system, sterilised by ultraviolet and treated with ozone through a reverse osmosis system powered by US technology. Water samples are tightly controlled and sample tests are conducted monthly according to standards imposed by food safety and hygiene authorities of Ho Chi Minh City.
