Vinamilk-Campina joint venture

Vinamilk has been permitted to establish a joint venture with Dutch milk group Campina. The initial investment capital of the joint venture is US$4 million. Ms Mai Kieu Lien, Vinamilk Director General, will be Chairperson of the Management Board, and Mr M. Bacon, Director of Campina Vietnam, will be Executive Director of the joint venture. The joint venture will market diversified nutrition products with imported or locally produced milk.

Campina is a strong international group producing and supplying milk, dairy products and high quality ingredients. Campina has a staff of 6,900 persons and turnover of Euro3.7 billion a year.
