Trade Turnover Touches US$100 Bln after Nearly Three Months
As of March 19, Viet Nam’s total export turnover touched US$ 100 billion, the General Department of Viet Nam Customs reported.
In the first half of March, total trade turnover valued US$ 21.3 billion, up 18.6%, equivalent to US$ 3.34 billion against the second half of February.
By late March 15, total import turnover hit US$ 93.6 billion, up 6.3% or US$ 5.55 billion.
By late March 19, total trade turnover touched US$ 100 billion.
Viet Nam ran a trade surplus of US$ 0.61 billion in the first half of March and US$ 0.5 billion in the first three months.
In the first half of March, total export turnover was US$ 10.95 billion, up 13.6% against the second half of February.
