Trang An Residential Area - A Place to Settle and Invest

Though born in the context of economic downturn and frozen real estate market, compared with many other residential projects, Trang An Residential Area (Bac Lieu City) is still one of the residential projects having high investment and development speed. Invested in construction with synchronous technical and social infrastructure, Trang An residential area has quickly attracted people who have both residential and investment needs.

 

Prime location

Trang An Residential Area is invested by Trang An Consulting and Investment Company (referred to as Trang An Company), an enterprise established in 2004, headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City. In 2009, Trang An Company established a branch in Bac Lieu to implement an investment project to build a new residential area adjacent to the resettlement area of Bus Station - Border Guard to the National highway 1A bypass, located at the cluster 1, Ward 7, Bac Lieu City. The project has an area of 68 hectares with a total investment of VND 1,000 billion.

Located in a prime location, the gateway of Bac Lieu City to the Mekong Delta provinces with the advantage of being between two key traffic routes, Tran Phu Street and National Highway 1A bypass, Trang An Residential Area is very convenient for the linkage between other urban clusters in the whole province as well as neighboring provinces. In particular, the project is planned synchronously, ensuring the needs of social infrastructure such as schools, hospitals, shopping centers, commercial houses, social houses, condominiums, meeting all needs of the local people.

Mr. Nguyen Van Qua, General Director of Trang An Company, said the new residential planning project had more than 2,000 commercial land lots, 277 on-site resettlement land lots and 288 social houses. It will transfer to the Provincial People's Committee 499 land lots (a part of 20% of the land fund handed over to the province, 193 lots expected to be handed over in phase 2) to arrange resettlement of the Bo Ke embellishment and ground clearance project as well as other projects of province for local people, contributing to building the common landscape and implementing the urbanization policy in Bac Lieu City.

A convenient and desirable residential area

With the effort of building Trang An residential area into a convenient and desirable living environment, from the beginning, the investor advocated building technical infrastructure (traffic, water supply and drainage, electricity supply) and synchronous social infrastructure. The investor has coordinated with local authorities and secondary investors to form a number of items such as schools, hospitals and services.

Currently, in Trang An residential area, a number of typical construction works have been formed such as: Tam Tam Private Primary School is operating with more than 800 students. The general hospital has been constructed and put into operation by the investor Thanh Vu Hospital since 2015, with a scale of about 500 beds, with full facilities to meet the medical examination and treatment needs of local people.

At the same time, since 2017, Truong Hai Auto Joint Stock Company has invested in a workshop for assembling, repairing and trading cars in a commercial area of more than 28,095 square meters in the commercial zone of the Trang An project, located right around the intersection of 5 gateways into Bac Lieu city and going to Ca Mau province.

"These are good results and in the plan, our desire is to build a complete and synchronous residential area, a civilized living environment for people," Mr. Nguyen Van Qua shared.
