According to the decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission, the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), consisting of five countries Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan and Armenia has removed 75 developing countries, including Vietnam, from the list of countries enjoying Generalized System of Preferences, or GSP. This decision takes effect from October 12, 2021.
With the desire to provide market intelligence and new opportunities for Vietnamese exporters to the Russian Federation and EAEU markets, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in collaboration with the Vietnam Trade Office in Russia and the Trade Representative Office of Russia in Vietnam will organize a seminar and training, both physically and virtually, on exporting agricultural and aquatic products to the Russian and EAEU markets on November 2, 2021.
VCCI would like to invite businesses and those concerned to attend this event. Please contact Ms. Trang at 090411255/trangttt@vcci.com.vn for more information.
