Foreign Reporters Make Presstrip on Da Nang Tourism

Nearly 30 reporters and press attaches of foreign press agencies residing in Vietnam participated in the Da Nang Tourism Experience Program hosted by the Danang Tourism Department in collaboration with the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Investment Promotion and Support Board, Press Information Agency, from June 24-26.

This was the first presstrip of diplomatic missions and foreign press agencies residing in Vietnam to provinces and cities in order to inform and promote images of Da Nang destination in the tourism reopening period.

Within the framework of the presstrip program, the delegation experienced some famous destinations of Da Nang such as Ba Na Hills, Da Nang Beach, Cham Sculpture Museum, Ngu Hanh Son Mountains, and APEC Park; experienced night services in Da Nang on Han River Cruise and admired the Dragon Bridge; and enjoyed local food specialties.

The delegation also took part in the “Take me to the Sun” Carnival Parade - the launch of the Enjoy Danang Summer Festival; attended the Danang Investment Forum 2022 to introduce potential, advantages and investment opportunities of Da Nang City to domestic and foreign businesses and investors.
